Sales Contract/ Agreement
Our main objective is to make sure this kitten is well socialized and healthy before going to its new home.
Razaedazzle Cattery will always strive to produce kittens that are a credit to the Breed.
This new home will be a loving caring home and the owner agrees to exercise responsibility in providing adequate care for this kitten. These kittens have had frequent nail trims, baths and ear cleanings and should be used the routine by the time the new owner receives their kitten.
Due to the lack of fur, Sphynx are more easily chilled than some other breeds. BUYER agrees to provide a suitable warm place for the kitten / cat at ALL times.
BUYER agrees that under NO circumstances will the kitten / cat EVER be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory, or similar facility. Should BUYER not be able to keep the above kitten / cat for any reason, including the incapacitation or death of the BUYER, the SELLER has the FIRST option to take / buy the above kitten / cat back FIRST or assist in finding a suitable new home for the kitten / cat. This remains in effect for the ENTIRE life of the kitten / cat. We will not ask questions as to why you can no longer provide care for the above

To hold a kitten a 30% deposit will be required payable by cash, cashiers check, visa, MasterCard, discover or American express. Personal Checks are accepted on deposits only. The final balance must be paid in full prior to air travel or pick up.
Buyer agrees to pick up this kitten at Razaedazzle Cattery or pay for air fares incurred prior to shipping this kitten.
Buyer understands that this kitten will not be ready for release to purchaser until it reaches the age of 12 to 16 weeks of age.
Pictures and updates on your kitten’s growth can be requested via email.
True and accurate TICA and/or CFA registration papers will be provided to the purchaser marked not for breeding.
Razaedazzle has provided for this kitten a loving home and is well socialized.
Included in the above price are the following:
(1)Each kitten will be tested AND negative for Feline Leukemia and F.I.V.
(2)Physical examination by a licensed Kentucky Veterinarian. This kitten will be checked by the Veterinarian to help insure that this kitten has healthy heart & lung sounds. With particular attention to heart. No kitten will be sold if even the slightest heart murmur is detected without further testing.
(3) A state health certificate and permit if required will be issued with the sale of this kitten.
(4) This kitten will be wormed no less than (4) times before leaving our cattery.
(5) The SELLER will have completed all of the age-appropriate vaccinations, worming, medical examining, and altering (for cats / kittens purchased. If the BUYER chooses to vaccinate for feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), ringworm, feline leukemia virus (FeLV), or feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), Razaedazzle will not be liable for any reactions as a result of.
(6) Also, SELLER will not warranty the kitten against any adverse reactions to future vaccinations.
The SELLER will provide the BUYER with the kitten / cat’s registration from The International Cat Association (TICA) at the time of purchase or in a timely manner.

48 -hour limited warranty guarantee that the above kitten / cat is in good health at the time of purchase. The SELLER also warranties that the kitten is free of the feline leukemia virus (FeLV), and the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) at the time of purchase. In order to validate the warranty, the BUYER must take the kitten / cat to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of the date of purchase, excluding holidays and weekends, at the Buyer’s expense. The BUYER must notify the SELLER immediately if there are health related issues. . The SELLER must authorize any necessary treatment or other expenses. Keep in mind that many veterinarians have never even seen a Sphynx cat, much less treated one. If the veterinarian finds the above kitten / cat to have a life-threatening illness, he / she should write and sign a short note on his / her letterhead stationary explaining his / her findings. The kitten may be returned to the SELLER within seven days for a full refund or exchange for a new kitten / cat. If no replacement is available at the time of return, the SELLER will have up to one year to furnish a comparable kitten / cat. The kitten / cat cannot be returned for compensation after the guaranteed period has expired and / or if the above kitten / cat have been exposed to another cat. SELLER will not honor any health guarantee if the kitten / cat die of a virus from contact with another animal not bred by SELLER. It is highly recommended that the above kitten / cat be quarantined during that 72-hour warranty period. Under NO circumstances is the kitten / cat allowed to be “destroyed” prior to notification of the SELLER. SELLER is not responsible for illness, injury, or death caused by or during shipping. We prefer that you come in person to pickup the above kitten / cat.
