REGULAR CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 7:00 AM TILL 1:00 PM  AND 3:00 PM TILL 5:30 PM

SATURDAY 7:00 AM TILL NOON AND AGAIN AT 4:00 TO 5:30 PM

SUNDAY FROM 9;00 AM TILL 10:30 AM AND AGAIN AT 3:00 PM TILL 4:30 PM

Dogs must have a current Rabies Vaccination, DHPPV Vaccination and have had a Bordetella Vaccination in the last (6) months. 

Cats must have a current FVRCP and Rabies Vaccination.

We need a copy of your Pets Current Vaccinations from your veterinarian.  You may bring this at check in or have it faxed to our office at 270-678-5830.

If your veterinarian has determined your pet can not have these vaccinations due to age, disease or allergic reactions a statement of exemption from your vet will be gladly accepted..
