Toys, beds, mats, cots, healthy treats & blankets are provided.
Pets never have to rest on an uncomfortable surface. We have orthopedic mattress pads for older, arthritic or physically compromised pets.
The Toys and Treats we provide are chosen with health and safety in mind.
You may bring some of your pet's belongings for them during their stay with us. Sometimes its helpful if a pet has a familiar toy or blanket from home.
Dogs staying more than 3 days receive a COMPLIMENTARY BATH!
We Monitor Your Pets Habits. We will know if a pet is not eating or having regular urine & bowel movements, or if your pet is depressed or distressed. We are prepared in any event.
We understand the extra care needed for Senior Pets and go the extra mile to provide it. With things like orthopedic pads for resting, extra gentle care when handling, less rigorous exercise time, slower walks and sometimes special food.
In the event that a pet in our care becomes ill we will take your pet to your veterinarian if local and available, with no trip fee charged by us.
Your pet's well being is our main concern. If your veterinarian is not available we will take your pet to the nearest licensed veterinarian. The veterinarian fees of course are your responsibility. Our boarding agreement is very specific about the fact that we will always seek medical care for pets staying with us any time the need arises. There are no other options. We will never allow a pet that is ill to do without the medical care they need, regardless of the hour, day or night.

OUR PROVISIONS FOR OUR FELINE GUESTS
ARE LOCATED AWAY FROM THE K9 GUEST AREAS WITH WINDOWS FOR VIEWING OUTDOORS AND THE RECEPTION AREA. BIRD FEEDERS ARE PLACED OUTSIDE ONE OF THE WINDOWS. WE WANT OUR FELINE GUEST TO HAVE A STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT AS WELL. THE KITTY CONDOS ARE ROOMY AND COMFORTABLE WITH BLANKETS, PADS AND BEDS SO OUR FELINE FRIENDS CAN SETTLE DOWN FOR SERIOUS NAPPING IN COMFORT AND SECURITY.
SEPARATE QUARTERS FOR SMALL BREEDS OR BREEDS THAT ARE MORE DELICATE SUCH AS SENIOR PETS.

Dogs that stay in the indoor/outdoor runs are also allowed to romp and play in our spacious play yards.
FAMILY SUITES
If you have multiple pets and want them to be together we offer the Family Suites. This is a larger area with a more homey setting. We normally limit the occupancy of these suites to 3 pets. If the pets are small we will allow more, as long as it provides ample room and comfort for the pets. If your pet is in a Suite he/she will get to go out doors often and will receive play time like all the other pets.
DELUXE- LUXURY SUITES
These are Theme oriented Suites which can accommodate (2) small dogs or (1) large dog. Each is approximately 40 square feet, offering deluxe bedding & resting quarters as well as television.

DOGGY DAY CARE-We have 2 plans available for doggy day care services, 3 days a week and 5 days a week.
At doggy day care the dogs are socialized and have a full day of fun and stimulating activity.

EMAIL- Photos – We will take your pet’s picture everyday throughout his or her normal activities and email them to you each day or as often as you request.

Boarding Rates include the following for your pet:
* High quality food (INNOVA HEALTHWISE), toys, treats, bedding & blankets.
* We will feed your food if your pet requires a special diet.
* Also included are exercise & play time (socialization time with other pets)
If you do not want your pet socialized let us know.
* Pets staying more than 3 nights will receive a free bath prior to scheduled departure.
We will never send a pet home that isn't as clean or cleaner than when it arrived.
We provide A Cheery Environment with Comfortable and Clean Living Quarters for your Pet's leisure time.
Each Pet has an area suitable to accommodate them according to their size, personality and your preference.

All Pet Resting Quarters are in a Climate Controlled Environment, with Central Heating & Air Conditioning, AND SPECIAL VENTILATION TO INSURE COMFORTABLE HUMIDITY LEVELS.
WE CLOSELY INTERACT WITH THE PETS IN OUR CARE TO PROVIDE A BOND WITH THE PETS STAYING WITH US SO THEY FEEL THAT THEY ARE SAFE and SECURE.
WE OFFER THERAPUETIC HYDROTHERAPY
Some of the benefits of Hydrotherapy are helping geriatric pets with arthritis or other mobility issues. Pre and Post surgical rehabilitation can be beneficial with Hydrotherapy. Also injury prevention and rehabilitation, coordination and to just plain help fitness & muscle tone. Massage by power jets can help increase circulation.
We do this in a whirlpool spa with power jets.
PICTURES BELOW : Our Gus demonstrates steps of Spa-Hydro Therapy. Starting out Dogs are bathed with a gentle cleansing shampoo to clean the skin & coat in preparations for the Spa Tub.
The pet is then assisted by stairs into the tub or lifted, depending on the circumstances.
The pet wears a safety harness so that he/she can be easily handled without having to pull on extremities which could cause discomfort.
We may also get in the water with the pet as well.
As pictured here, with Gus's first experience within 2 minutes he finds the warm jetted water to be pleasant and relaxes allowing the water to massage his chest & upper fore legs all on his own.
After the session the pet is bathed in a gentle oatmeal based shampoo to remove chlorine from the skin and coat.
The tub is drained & cleaned after each use.
